I understand that by submitting my order, only the total merchandise price, applicable product freight fee's (for weight/size), general shipping & handling fee's, applicable electronic & service fee's and applicable state and local taxes will be charged and billed to my selected electronic check or credit card account (subject to credit approval). 

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
All patterns offered on our web site, through our "First Chance Opportunity Offers" and through other promotional media are not currently sold as finished (ready to use) crocheted products.

All pattern designs are sold as individual patterns or as a pattern kit. Our crochet patterns consist of a pattern guide and crochet instructions. Our pattern kits come with pattern, crochet instructions and sufficient crochet thread to meet development requirements. 

All patterns and pattern kits come with an unconditional 30 day 100% money back guarantee.

All patterns come with a (one time) 5 year replacement policy.

Items listed as "LIMITED EDITIONS" indicate that limited quantities are available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis. BBG Merchandise reserves the right to discontinue and or reintroduce such items without notice.

All merchandise selections (Inspirational/Crochet) and product availability, including prices and fee's are subject to change without notice. Some Items may have additional freight charges and or special handling fee's added or assigned to products due to product weight, size and location.

Many of the products we offer are high demand products and occasionally we experience backorders and discontinues. Customers who have ordered items through our Inspirational Store or from our various merchandise showcases will receive immediate notification from BBG Merchandise & MyCrochet.com for those products identified as on backorder or discontinued. Orders identified as having backorder or discontinued items will not be processed until BBG Merchandise & MyCrochet.com receives consumer acknowledgement or acceptance confirmation by telephone, email, or by written notice for such products. BBG Merchandise & MyCrochet.com removes products identified as discontinued as soon as possible. Additionally, we add backorder dates for products temporarily out of stock within the "more info page" with each product. This alerts consumers of estimated return availability of that product(s).

Inspirational merchandise is not currently available for shipment to Canada or overseas (other than APO & FPO locations or US territories). Please allow minimum of 7-21 business days for delivery within the continental U.S. depending on your location and season. U.S. territories, APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska allow 2-6 weeks for delivery depending on location and season.

CROCHET PRODUCTS:
We only ship within the continental US, its territories, and Canada. Overseas (APO & FPO) orders will be accepted provided you are a US citizen temporarily residing outside the continental United States. Such as, active duty or reserve military (includes spouse/dependants) or performing U.S. sponsored political duties or assignments, and providing the consumer meets online verification and billing processing requirements.

We are currently unable to accept online purchases from Canada for crochet or inspirational products. You may e-mail us at customerservice@mycrochet.com requesting our crochet merchandise information. Canadian customers may then order (crochet products only) off-line through standard mail. Payment will be by U.S. bank or U.S postal money order (in U.S. funds only) providing that such orders meet all appropriate shipping criteria (Legible first and last name, street address, city/town or village, providence and applicable zip code).

Crochet patterns & Pattern kits and Inspirational Merchandise are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Please allow a minimum of 7-21 business days for delivery of all Crochet products within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. Allow 2-6 weeks for delivery to all U.S. territories, APO, FPO, and Canada.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEE'S:
Sales Tax: Unless you live in Ohio you DO NOT PAY sales tax on shipped items. Ohio residents will have 6.5% sales tax added to their invoice at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Handling fee's are automatically calculated based on current postal or shipping agency service rates for the shipping and handling method selected & offered by BBG Merchandise & MyCrochet.com. Shipping fees may be from but not limited to the following examples:(USPS Priority Mail/UPS/Fedex etc.) at the checkout register. Any additional handling fee's or freight rates, flat rates or base rates will be identified for applicable products due to product weight & size and delivery location based on shipping agency and suppliers. BBG Merchandise & MyCrochet.com reserves the right to adjust and change all shipping and handling fees without notice. Our goal is to provide the least expensive shipping method available or reduce our customers shipping costs as much as possible.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We gladly accept Electronic Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards for online purchases on our encrypted and secure server. Credit card and electronic check orders are subject to credit approval.

We also accept personal & business checks issued by banks within the United States, bank or U.S. postal money orders and certified checks (US currency only) for standard off-line orders (US residents please allow 7-10 days for check verification up to 30 days for APO, FPO, Hawaai and Alaska residents ). Off-line orders please allow a minimum of 2-6 weeks for delivery.

Due to verification and accounting issues, we CAN NOT process any orders with credit cards billing an international address (Canada and International locations). Similarly, we cannot process any orders with credit cards, personal or business checks issued by banks outside of the United States.

To ensure the security of your shipment and your credit card account, your order can only be shipped to your credit card billing address. If (US residents, APO & FPO, Hawaii and Alaska residents only) desire to ship your product to an alternate address, before you make an order, contact us at customerservice@mycrochet.com to arrange verification of payment and shipping instructions. If you choose to order off-line and pay by personal check, certified check (issued by banks within the United States) or with Bank or US Postal money order we can ship to any address within the continental United States, US territories and APO, FPO, Alaska and Hawaii.

For off-line Canadian orders, we only accept valid U.S. bank or U.S. postal money orders (US currency only). Off-line orders for crochet products please allow a minimum of 2-6 weeks for delivery. Inspirational merchandise is not available for shipment to Canada.

If your preference is not to order over the internet, we understand. While at our site you may make any product selection(s) by choosing any of the "Add to Cart" product buttons. Once you have selected your products, complete all information until you reach "Final Checkout Page." At the "Final Checkout Page" you may then right click (highlight the entire invoice page) with your mouse on this information and print (select all or print selection) out a non-submitted invoice from our checkout page. Simply choose reset, this will clear all information and no order will be submitted. You may forward these printed details of your order, which will indicate the item (s) or model number, description, quantity and price of the product(s) you wish to order. This will allow you to make an off-line order through the standard mailing system. Please include appropriate remittance (including s/h and applicable taxes as indicated on the printed invoice, this should reflect the correct tax and s/h costs). Please include a daytime or evening telephone number and an e-mail address (if available) and a BBG Merchandise representative will contact you to assist you in placing or completing an order. REFUNDS
Refunds can only be made in the form of the original payment. In the case of credit card payment, credit (less all taxes and shipping & handling fees) can be issued only to the credit card account used to make the original purchase. Credit card accounts will be credited within 30 days of received & validated notification. All other refund payments for orders made through check or money order will be credited directly to the original consumer (in U.S. currency) by BBG Merchandise & MyCrochet.com within 30 days of received & validated notification. Requests for refund may only be submitted either by email customerservice@mycrochet.com or in writing within 30 days of purchase and sent to:

Products ordered Monday-Friday are processed within 24 hours of ordered date. Products ordered on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. Federal Holidays are processed next available business day.

Products returned after 30 days of purchase or in a nonrefundable condition are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

1. If you are not 100% satisfied with our patterns or pattern kits, send your pattern(s) or pattern kit(s) back complete & unused, return postage prepaid and in good condition within 30 days from date of purchase and we will cheerfully refund your money no questions asked. (Original and return shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable)

2. Our 5 year replacement pattern guarantee does not cover patterns subjected to unauthorized modifications, to include laminations or photocopies from originals or from intentional abuse. Our pattern replacement guarantee ensures a one time replacement of each individual pattern. Crochet thread is not covered.

3. Holiday shipments may experience delays due to shipping demands and locations, every effort is made to ensure that your products are sent out immediately to ensure receipt during the holidays.

4. Immediate delay notification will be sent by e-mail generally within 48 hours for those customers who order through our internet order process and by written notice through U.S. Standard mail (please allow 7-10 days) for those customers who order from our off-line media promotions or advertisements.

5. BBG Merchandise & MyCrochet.com are not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable mail due to orders processed with illegible, incorrect or unreadable addresses provided by the consumer, or due to movement or change of address by the consumer and whereas Local, State or Federal regulations prohibit and have governing expiration policies for forwarding mail. BBG Merchandise will not process any orders for consumers or agencies who are identified as having insufficient funds from personal or company checks or selected credit card accounts. Processing will be terminated immediately & consumer will be assessed (billed) for appropriate transaction bank fee (if applicable).
