Chocolate Warning
Please be advised chocolate shipping restrictions went into effect on June 1, 2009.
Specific Chocolate items have been identified and are recommended for next day air shipping only.
However, if you wish to ship via ground you may do so. All chocolate is shipped at your own risk and no refunds or re-shipments are offered on melted chocolates. When shipping via next day air ice packs and heat foil is used and there is an additional $5.00 surcharge for that service will be included in the Next Day shipping fee.
All chocolate in regular gifts is now substituted out with hard candy items as usual. As an example:
The Small Snack Attack 82013 would have the following items subbed out:
Mocha Chocolate Truffles 2 oz ( 4 pcs) Subbed out with sour balls, or gummi bears etc.
Note: This “Subbed Out” will occur with Any Gift Baskets that has individual or multipack Chocolate items. We Apologize for the inconvenience.
Please Note: All Gift Baskets are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise stated during check out. Ground orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day please allow 24-48 hours for processing. All ground orders will ship within one business day after order processing. Ground orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday. There are no Saturday deliveries. UPS Ground shipping delivery is generally made within 5-7 days or sooner. |
