If you are not 100% satisfied with our patterns or pattern kits, send your pattern(s) or pattern kit(s) back complete and unused (include original sales invoice - keep a copy for your records), postage prepaid and in good condition within 30 days of purchase and we will cheerfully refund your money (less any shipping & Handling) no questions asked. If you keep our crochet pattern(s) and during the next 5 years and your pattern design becomes worn out or unreadable beyond recognition from all the wonderful crocheting you do, we will send you a new one to replace it!

(we do assist with basic product questions for original purchasing consumers). Your purchase of our crochet patterns constitues that you understand how to crochet and understand the crochet fundementals, basic symbology and or acronyms used to describe crochet pattern information or directions.

BBG Merchandise is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable mail due to orders processed with illegible, incorrect or unreadable addresses provided by the consumer, or due to movement or change of address by the consumer and whereas Local, State or Federal regulations prohibit and have governing expiration policies for forwarding mail. BBG Merchandise will not process any order to purchasing consumers or agencies who are identified as having insufficient funds from personal or company checks or selected credit card accounts. Processing will be terminated immediately & the consumer will be billed for appropriate transaction banking fee's. Please allow 7 business days (as a minimum) for check clearance. Refunds can only be made in the form of the original payment to the original purchaser (refunds are not authorized to 2nd or 3rd party consumers). In the case of credit card payment, credit can only be issued to the initiating credit card account used to make the original purchase. BBG Merchandise reserves all rights to review and extend refund payment periods for all refunds deemed as having exceptional reasons not listed above on a case by case basis.

Our 5 year replacement pattern guarantee does not cover and will become void for patterns subjected to unauthorized modifications, lamination of any kind or photocopied in any way from original or from intentional abuse such as determined by BBG Merchandise & MyCrochet.com.

All original or return shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Products returned after 30 days or in a nonrefundable condition are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Allow a minimum of 14-28 business days for delivery (except orders by personal/company checks) of all advertised products. Products ordered Monday-Friday by Credit Card or Money Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt date. Products ordered on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays are processed next available business day.

REFUNDS

HOW HARD ARE THE PATTERNS TO CROCHET?

Our patterns are not hard to crochet at all. In fact, if anything, they are more time consuming than difficult. All it requires is a crochet crafter who desires to invest several hours of crocheting to complete the pattern as instructed.

CAN I USE OTHER THREAD COLORS FOR THE PATTERNS?

Yes. However, we do all our prototypes patterns with size #10 Mercerized white cotton crochet thread. We find this to add a sense of purity to our finished crafts. You may choose to utilize another color to compliment your home decor. ** Note all patterns kits are sold with #10 Mercerized white cotton crochet thread.

CAN I USE THICKER THREAD AND DIFFERENT HOOK SIZES?

This is not recommended. The thread type and hook size indicated were used to crochet and verify our pattern design. Changes in the thread thickness and or hook sizes will distort the size of the pattern and we can not guarantee that our featured design will be produced.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PATTERN DESIGN IF I SKIP CROCHET INSTRUCTIONS OR USE A SINGLE OR TRIPLE CROCHET INSTEAD OF WHAT IS LISTED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS?

Using a different style or skipping several steps will distort the pattern (ie: make it bigger, throw off stitch count etc.) we do not recommend this.

WHEN IT DESIGNATES PATTERN LEVEL AS "BASIC" WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

The word "Basic" is represented as meaning that the pattern can generally be crocheted within 2 to 3 weeks or less with daily crocheting.

WHEN IT DESIGNATES PATTERN LEVEL AS "CHALLENGING" WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

The word "Challenging" is represented as meaning that the pattern can generally be crocheted within 4 to 6 weeks or less with daily crocheting.

WHEN IT DESIGNATES PATTERN LEVEL AS "ADVANCED" WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

The word "Advanced" is represented as meaning that the pattern can generally be crocheted within 8 to 12 weeks or less with daily crocheting. These patterns are time consuming and generally discourage beginner crochet crafters.

WHAT IS OUR PATTERN STYLE?

We create all of our patterns in the Open Mesh (OM) and Solid Mesh (SM) pattern style in either single, double or triple crochet stitching. We refrain from adding sophisticated borders and frills simply because of the various styles in practice and personal choices. We encourage crafters to add their own personal or preferred laced edge or border style to further compliment your completed craft.

MUST I USE THE COMPLETED DESIGN AS INITIALLY INDICATED?

NO. From time to time we indicate or design a pattern as a bedspread or sofa-throw or a wall-hanging or a table top layout. You may use your completed craft for anything you like to enhance your home or office.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PATTERN DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE?

This should not be the case, as all patterns are crocheted, verified and reworked to replicate the design we use to advertise for a particular pattern. If this is the case, you may have missed some stitches along the way. You will find that in filet crochet, missing a stitch or several stitches will cause a chain reaction. Again, we hope that your talent will prevent this from occurring. We must remind you that as with any hand crafted project that you work with there is some distortion due to the material used. Your finished pattern should significantly resemble our picture design, however you may need to experiment with the right presentation, background and placement once completed.

AM I LIMITED ON HOW MANY PATTERNS OR PATTERN KITS I CAN BUY?

NO. We do not limit you to specific quantities, you may purchase as many patterns or pattern kits as you wish. However, we can not offer quantity or price discounts for multiple retail purchases of the same pattern/pattern kit unless prices or discounts are indicated at the time of purchase.

WHAT IS MEANT BY A "LIMITED EDITION"

Any crochet pattern listed or identified as "Limited Edition" means that we have established that this pattern design is "exclusive" to the product line and will be offered for a specified period and will have a "limited quantities" produced and made available for resale. CAN YOU CUSTOM DESIGN A PATTERN JUST FOR ME?

NO. Presently we are unable too, due to the extreme technical aspect and time required. Presently it would not be cost effective to the consumer. We hope to offer this option soon. However, we are currently developing and improving our technical equipment to support this operation.
