I understand that by submitting my order with MyCrochet.com only the total merchandise price, applicable shipping & handling fee’s, applicable electronic & service fee’s to include any applicable state and local taxes will be charged and billed to my selected credit card account (subject to credit approval).
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEE’S
Sales Tax: Unless you live in Ohio you DO NOT PAY State sales tax on shipped items. Ohio residents will incur 6.75% (State & Local) sales tax added to their bill at the time of purchase. Shipping & Handling fee’s will be automatically calculated based on most current USPS postal rates based on a consumers (Zip code) location and or the shipping and handling method selected at the checkout register.
Any additional handling fee’s or freight rates, flat rates or base rates will be identified for applicable products due to product weight & size based on shipping agencies and suppliers contracted through BBG merchandise & MyCrochet.com. BBG Merchandise & MyCrochet.com reserve the right to adjust and change all shipping and handling fees without notice.
Our goal is to provide the least expensive shipping method available or reduce our customers shipping costs as much as possible. Our products are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS and Fedex Ground carriers. Overseas deliveries are subject to Standard Surface or applicable USPS, UPS and Fedex shipping rates given the location or region.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards for online purchases on our encrypted and secure server. Credit card orders are subject to credit approval. We also accept personal & business checks issued by banks within the United States, bank or U.S. postal money orders and certified checks (US currency only) for standard off-line orders only (US residents please allow 7-10 days for check verification up to 30 days for APO, FPO, Hawaii and Alaska residents ). Please allow a minimum of 2-6 weeks for delivery for all crochet or inspirational merchandise ordered.
To ensure the security of your credit card account and your shipment, your order can only be shipped to your credit card billing address. Due to verification and accounting issues, we CAN NOT process any orders with credit cards that bill an international address (Canada and International locations).
Similarly, we can not process any orders with credit cards that do not have an established affiliation within the US Banking Commerce system (credit cards issued by banking institutions outside the US) or personal or business checks issued by banks outside of the United States.
US residents, APO & FPO, Hawaii and Alaska residents only, if you desire to ship your product to an alternate address before you make an online order contact us to arrange verification of payment and shipping instructions. If you choose to order off-line (catalog or flyer) and pay by personal check, certified check or with a money order (issued by banks within the United States) we can ship to any address within the continental United States, US territories and APO, FPO, Alaska and Hawaii.
We accept online orders for Canadian & Overseas customers (US Territories), however, we can only accept valid U.S. bank credit cards (USD). Generally, Canadian & Overseas consumers must order using an “Off-Line approach”. For any off-line orders we can only accept valid U.S. bank certified checks or U.S. postal money orders (USD currency only). For "Off-line" orders for crochet products & inspirational merchandise please allow a minimum of 2-6 weeks for delivery. Some restrictions may apply for shipment of inspirational merchandise to Canada and Overseas locations. These restrictions may include specific products or size of products, weight restrictions and minimum shipping costs regulated by policies from Local, State and Federal agencies.
All orders accepted for shipment to an overseas location will be required to pay with US Dollars (Currency) and incur the applicable shipping rates to those regions prior to shipment.
Refunds can only be made in the form of the original payment. In the case of credit card payment, credit (less all taxes and shipping & handling fees) can be issued only to the credit card account used to make the original purchase. Credit card accounts will be credited within 30 days of received & validated notifications for any returned products. All other refund payments for orders made through check or money order will be credited directly to the original consumer (in U.S. currency) by BBG Merchandise & MyCrochet.com within 30 days of received & validated notification.

All patterns offered on our web site, through our “First Chance Opportunity Offers” and through other promotional media are not currently sold as finished (ready to use) crocheted products. All pattern designs are sold as individual patterns or as a pattern kit. Our crochet patterns consist of a pattern guide and crochet instructions. Our pattern kits come with pattern, crochet instructions and sufficient crochet thread to meet development requirements. All patterns and pattern kits come with an unconditional 30 day 100% money back guarantee. All patterns come with a 5 year replacement policy. Items listed as “LIMITED EDITIONS” indicate that limited quantities are available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis.

Customers who have ordered items through our various merchandise showcases will receive a timely notification for those products identified as on backorder or that have been discontinued. Orders identified as being a backorder items will not be processed until BBG Merchandise & MyCrochet.com receives consumer acknowledgment or acceptance confirmation by telephone, email or by written notice for such products.
All unannounced discontinued products identified during an order process will not be processed. BBG Merchandise & MyCrochet.com will immediately alert the customer of the discontinuance and facilitate an immediate refund to the customer via original payment method.
